保存条件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Nestin is a Class VI intermediate filament expressed in the developing central nervous system (CNS) in early embryonic neuroepithelial stem cells. This protein has been widely used as a predominant marker for stem / progenitor cells, glioma cells, and tumor endothelial cells in the mammalian CNS. Furthermore, it is a superior angiogenic marker to evaluate neovascularity of endothelial cells in tumor.
Function:
Required for brain and eye development (By similarity). Promotes the disassembly of phosphorylated vimentin intermediate filaments (IF) during mitosis and may play a role in the trafficking and distribution of IF proteins and other cellular factors to daughter cells during progenitor cell division. Required for survival, renewal and mitogen-stimulated proliferation of neural progenitor cells.
Subunit:
Forms homodimers and homotetramers in vitro. In mixtures with other intermediate filament proteins such as vimentin and alpha-internexin, this protein preferentially forms heterodimers which can assemble to form intermediate filaments if nestin does not exceed 25%. Interacts with FHOD3.

beta Amyloid 1-16抗体溶解方法：
1、在我们公司购买抗体后，查看标签上的规格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、 以规格为0.1ml的冻干粉抗体为例（部分抗体为液体，无需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加0.1ml双蒸水到试管内，混匀，-20℃保存；
若为其它规格（如：0.2ml）的冻干粉抗体，则加与标签上规格一致的（如：0.2ml）双蒸水溶解，混匀，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（规格的 50%）双蒸水到试管内，再加 0.05ml（规格的 50%）
的甘油到试管内，混匀，-20℃保存； 若为其它规格（如：0.2ml）的冻干粉抗体，则加标签上规格的 50%（如：0.1ml）双蒸水，再加标签上规格的50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混匀，-20℃保存。
3、抗体的分装
抗体溶解后，将其分装成 5-10支（以0.1mlbeta Amyloid 1-16抗体为例，20ulx5支或 10ulx10支），-20℃保存，用一支取一支，避免反复冻溶。
另：预试验可做几个梯度1：100、1：200、1：400稀释，如果背景高，还可再稀释，选一个*佳的稀释比例，再正式做，效果*好。工作液可用“抗体稀释液”稀释。
后续试验时，再使用对应的缓冲液稀释成工作液，即用即配。
我们的抗体（冻干粉），在常温放置下，至少一个月有效；若在-20℃下保存（推荐），至少三年有效。
