[provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008] Function: As a component of the coat protein complex II (COPII), may function in vesicle budding and cargo export from the endoplasmic reticulum. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm. Cytoplasmic vesicle > COPII-coated vesicle membrane. Endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
