It forms intermolecular disulfide bonds either with other MAGP2 molecules or with other components of the microfibrils. MAGP2 is upregulated in some ovarian cancers and is associated with poor survival of ovarian cancer patients. Function: Component of the elastin-associated 纤微丝相关糖蛋白2抗体microfibrils. Subcellular Location: Secreted, extracellular space, extracellular matrix. Post-translational modifications: Forms intermolecular disulfide bonds either with other MAGP-2 molecules or with other components of the microfibrils. N- and O-glycosylated.
