颗粒酶D/B/E/N/G/F/H抗体产品介绍：background: protease required for lymphocyte cytotoxic granules to lyse target cells [RGD]. Granzyme B is a cysteine protease found in the cytoplasmic lysosome-like granules of cytolytic T lymphocytes (CTL) and natural killer (NK) cells and is is required for the induction of target cell lysis. This occurs as part of cell mediated immune responses, and can activate apoptosis in target cells by both caspase dependent and caspase independent mechanisms. Function: This enzyme is necessary for target cell lysis in cell-mediated immune responses. It cleaves after Asp. Seems to be linked to an activation cascade of caspases (aspartate-specific cysteine proteases) 颗粒酶D/B/E/N/G/F/H抗体responsible for apoptosis execution. Cleaves caspase-3, -7, -9 and 10 to give rise to active enzymes mediating apoptosis. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasmic granule.
