KCTD10 shares significant similarity in amino acid sequence to PDIP1 and can interact with the small subunit of DNA polymerase delta and PCNA as PDIP1 does. Like PDIP1, the expression of KCTD10 gene can be induced by TNF-alpha in NIH3T3 cells. Function: Substrate-specific adapter of a BCR (BTB-CUL3-RBX1) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. The BCR(BACURD3) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex mediates the ubiquitination of target proteins, leading to their degradation by钾离子通道多聚体结构域蛋白10抗体 the proteasome (By similarity).
